My husband and I had our ceramic floors done in July 2006. The expert advice and services provided to us by Doug and Sylvie was excellent from the beginning of the process until the end. The quality and workmanship was outstanding. We hope to get hardword done one year and we will certainly be going to Ottawa Diamond Flooring first. Good Luck !

Ottawa Diamond Flooring has done a really a nice job with the sheet vinyl install. I would describe them as professional, polite, very pleasant to talk to, very neat and meticulous. The work including the final touches was done to perfection from beginning to the end, and they take pride in their work.
